What is your return policy?

Once your order ships, the sale is final. Please review your order for errors before proceeding to check-out.

Whoops! I made a mistake! Is it possible to Change my order?!

If you placed an order in error, please let me know as soon as possible. I can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in the mail? What if There’s a Mistake?

No worries! I will replace any items that are lost or damaged in the mail at no charge. If there’s a mistake, I’ll fix it. Send a reply to your order confirmation email or use my contact page to get in touch and we’ll get things sorted out. All claims need to be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date (or estimated delivery date, if your order has gone missing).

Do you ship internationally?

No. I am unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order is packed and shipped, you will be emailed a USPS tracking number with an estimated arrival date.

What is the status of my order?

Can I order a print of a comic that’s not in the store?

Yes! If you are interested in purchasing a print of a comic that you do not see in the store, please contact me and send me a link to the comic on the Sundae Comics website that you are interested in purchasing.
