How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders ship free. Huzzah!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please review your order for errors before proceeding to check-out.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

I will replace any items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Send a reply to your order confirmation email or use my contact page to get in touch and we’ll get things sorted out. All claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of the order delivery date (or estimated delivery date, if your order has gone missing).

Whoops! I made a mistake! Is it possible to Change my order?!

Yes, but the clock is ticking. If you placed an order in error, please let me know as soon as possible. I can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

Will you ship my order to an address other than my billing address?

No. I only ship orders to the billing address associated with the method of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

No. I am unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and packing after an order is placed, plus shipping time.

I live in California. Why was I charged sales tax?

Hey neighbor! I also live in California and state law requires me to collect sales tax.

Can I order a print of a comic that’s not in the store?

Yes! If you are interested in purchasing a print of a comic that you do not see in the store, please contact me and send me a link to the comic on the Sundae Comics website that you are interested in purchasing.
